Königsfelden Convent Church can be rented for interesting cultural events by bona fide promoters. All events, involving dancing and singing, will be considered and given priority.
An application to rent the premises must be submitted to the archaeological services of the Canton of Aargau (Kantonsarchäologie Aargau), Industriestrasse 3, 5200 Brugg at least two months before the event is to take place.
The head of the archaeological services will consider the application, taking into account the regulations governing the administration and use of Convent Church Königsfelden.

If the decision is favourable, the promoter will sign an agreement regarding the use of Convent Church Königsfelden (Vereinbarung über die Benützung der Klosterkirche Königsfelden).
It should be noted that seating is limited to a maximum of 400 people (a specimen seating plan can be downloaded).
On signing the agreement regarding the use of Convent Church Königsfelden, the promoter has to submit a seating or layout plan for the choir and / or orchestra podium without prior request.
The reservation will not be considered as definitive until the promoter receives the agreement regarding the use of Convent Church Königsfelden signed by the archaeological services of the Canton of Aargau.
