Financing
Your financing requirements can be met via external capital or net assets. You will in any case need to invest proprietary capital in your venture, since an entirely external financing is practically impossible.
There are various possibilities to secure the necessary net assets for the foundation of your enterprise:
- Depletion of savings, sale of securities, investiture of your securities portfolio;
- "Borrowing" from family and friends;
- Placement of assets in kind (e.g. machines, land, vehicles . . .);
- Early withdrawal or investiture of pension fund monies.
It is possible to secure a portion of required financial means through bank loans. Besides the two large Swiss banks UBS and Credit Suisse there are numerous other financial institutions in the finance center Switzerland that are specialized in financing SME, for example the Aargauische Kantonalbank (AKB), the Neue Aargauer Bank (NAB) as well as the Raiffeisenbank.
