You want to come to Switzerland with your company? Which legal form of enterprise is most appropriate for your plans?
With the foundation of a Swiss public company (AG) or a limited liability company (GmbH), you receive simple and inexpensive access to the advantages of Aargau as a location.
The foundation of a Swiss public company holds three essential advantages: it is swift, unbureaucratic and inexpensive.
Swift: if all documents are available, the foundation of a Swiss AG or GmbH takes no longer than two to four weeks.
Unbureaucratic: as in Germany, the foundation of a company in Switzerland also requires entry into the commercial registry. On the other hand – contrary to practice in Germany – there is no special authorization proceeding, and no membership in a sector association or chamber is necessary.
Inexpensive: the total costs of a foundation do not exceed CHF 7’000 (EUR 5’000) if no extraordinary additional expenses are necessary.
